Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an in-person marketing specialist to engage prospective and current owners at our resorts in Hawaii. You will schedule guests to meet with a representative for a sales presentation and act as a brand ambassador while promoting tours.

Previous sales or marketing experience is preferred but not required; strong communication and teamwork are essential. This role offers hourly pay with commissions and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Must maintain production standards.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Attend scheduled training sessions and stay current on marketing information and industry trends.
• Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
• Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour.
