Qualifications

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Attend trainings and stay current on marketing information and industry trends.
