Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an in-person marketing professional to engage with prospective and current owners at our resort locations. You will schedule guests for presentations and act as a brand ambassador at the resort level.

The role emphasizes sales-focused interactions, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with resort staff to meet performance goals. Training is provided, with fixed hourly compensation plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations.
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation while following policy and regulatory requirements.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and meetings, and review performance goals regularly.
