Travel Leisure Resort Development Inc is seeking enthusiastic sales associates to conduct face-to-face presentations at our award-winning resorts in Oceanside, California. The role emphasizes building rapport with owners and communicating the benefits of travel with Wyndham Destinations.

Ideal candidates will have a strong sales background, the ability to handle objections, and a genuine interest in providing exceptional customer experiences. The position offers comprehensive training and a competitive compensation package that includes an base pay of $16.90 per hour plus bonuses, potentially reaching upwards of $250,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Must maintain production standards and have applicable real estate/timeshare license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face presentations in sales centers.
• Find commonality with prospective/current owners.
• Generate sales through initializing transactions.
