Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an in-person marketing specialist to engage prospective and current resort owners. You will greet guests, present opportunities, and schedule meetings with a sales representative for a presentation.

The role emphasizes brand ambassadorship, collaboration with resort staff, and meeting performance goals. A high school diploma is required, and 1–3 years in sales or marketing is preferred; MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Education High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.

Responsibilities

• Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals.
• Schedule guests to meet with a representative for a presentation.
• Partnership with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
• Attend training sessions, keep current on marketing information and materials, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually.
