Qualifications

• 5+ years professional hotel leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
• High School diploma/GED.
• Able to complete a satisfactory background check.
• Available and willing to work flexible hours based on business needs including weekdays, evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Expresses sincere enthusiasm for the role and passion for food and beverage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel personnel management including hiring, training, performance reviews, wages, coaching and scheduling.
• Manage labor costs with forecasted revenues and cost-efficient schedules.
• Enforce disciplinary actions with People + Culture as needed.
• Oversee inventory management and product ordering; manage par levels and monthly inventory.
• Collaborate with F&B on pre-meals, safety, guest service, and staff communication.
• Coordinate banquet events with Sales and Banquet teams for guest satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain inside sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue.
• Manage cash handling procedures and payroll coordination.
• Ensure compliance with state labor laws and pay structures.
• Support cross-department operations during peak times.
• Maintain ambience and cleanliness across guest areas.
