Job summary

Tranquility Bay Beachfront Resort in Marathon, Florida, is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead the resort’s Food & Beverage operation, guest experience, and departmental financial performance. The role requires hands-on leadership on the floor during peak periods and events.

You will coach and develop a diverse team, partner with culinary leadership, drive revenue, control costs, and uphold elevated service standards across Butterfly Café, TJ's Tiki Bar, banquets, and catering.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership in a resort or upscale hotel.
• Experience leading multiple F&B outlets preferred.
• College degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, forecasts, labor, inventory, and profitability.
• Excellent communication and guest-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for resort F&B operations across outlets and events.
• Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Lead staff development, recruitment, scheduling, and coaching.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to align front- and back-of-house.
• Monitor revenue, costs, and profitability; adjust strategies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and responsible alcohol service.
