Requirements and Responsibilities

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Friendly, professional, and reliable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team and maintain a positive environment
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Maintain a clean and presentable work environment
• Receive incoming calls and provide information about services
• Schedule appointments, gathering necessary pet and owner data
• Perform clerical duties: mail handling, organizing the reception area, typing memos and reports
• Assist with ordering, stocking, and distributing supplies
• Greet clients professionally and friendly
• Process financial transactions at checkout
• Maintain and balance cash drawer
