Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in customer service with POS experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communications and computer skills.
• Knowledge of the RV business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register incoming members and guests.
• Distribute information to members and guests and respond to questions about park rules.
• Maintain the front entrance and ranger station appearance.
• Record and secure all fees collected at the ranger station.
• Make reservations and cancellations in the POS system.
• Provide detailed reservation information to managers as needed.
