Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a dedicated housekeeping associate to uphold pristine public areas and support event setups. You will clean, sanitize, and stock restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces, manage deliveries, and assist with resort operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience cleaning homes or large facilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of safety measures when using cleaning chemicals.
• Hardworking, reliable and focused on exceptional customer service.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and stock resort restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Maintain washers and dryers, including surface cleaning and lint removal.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, wax, and buff floors as needed.
• Clean windows, screens, and ledges; ensure proper functionality.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in all offices; empty trash containers regularly.
• Receive and organize deliveries of food, beverages, and retail items.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of resort events and activities.
• Follow all safety procedures and report hazards, incidents, or defective equipment.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
