Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities in Bellemont, AZ, is seeking a dedicated janitorial associate to maintain five-star cleanliness across public areas, amenities, and facilities. The role supports resort operations, deliveries, and event setup to ensure a superior guest experience.

Responsibilities include sanitizing restrooms, stocking supplies, managing deliveries, and assisting with event setup and breakdown.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Hardworking, reliable and focused on customer service.
• Organized and detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
• Previous experience cleaning homes or large facilities.
• Knowledge of general janitorial work.
• Event setup or logistics experience is a plus.
• Familiar with safety measures when handling cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and stock restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Maintain washers and dryers and surfacemaintenance.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, wax, and buff floors as needed.
• Clean windows, screens, and ledges; ensure functionality.
• Manage offices by keeping spaces orderly and trash emptied.
• Receive and organize deliveries of food, beverages, and retail items.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of resort events.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards or faulty equipment.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
