Roberts Resorts & Communities in Flagstaff, AZ seeks a detail-oriented housekeeper to maintain 5-star standards across guest areas. You will clean restrooms, kitchens, and public spaces, stock supplies, and support safety protocols.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and a reliable, hardworking mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced resort environment. Prior experience in cleaning large facilities is a plus, and a willingness to work flexible hours is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be hardworking, reliable and focused on exceptional service.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to multitask.
• Experience cleaning homes or large facilities preferred.
• Knowledge of safety procedures when using cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and stock restrooms, kitchens and common areas.
• Maintain washers and dryers surfaces, remove lint.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, wax and buff floors as needed.
• Clean windows, screens and ledges; ensure proper function.
• Empty trash and keep offices neat; follow safety procedures.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Take on other duties and special projects as assigned.
