Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a PBX Operator/Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and provide information about the resort and local attractions.

Role involves assisting with reservations, processing payments, and maintaining accurate guest folios in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Seasonal shifts include 8am-6:30pm hours with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
• Hotel front office system knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with registration and checkout.
• Provide information about the resort and area attractions; issue keys and confirm reservations.
• Process cash and card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and manage guest folios.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and coordinate with other departments.
