Destination Zion Lodge LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee Lodging, Retail, F&B, and Housekeeping in Zion National Park. The role emphasizes ESQ adherence, safety training, and guest relations while driving revenue and delivering exceptional service.

The position involves coordinating with the General Manager and HR, ensuring compliance with park contracts, and maintaining a safe, welcoming work environment.

Qualifications

• Must work and thrive in Zion National Park.
• Lead Lodging, Retail, F&B, and Housekeeping operations.
• Technical skills with cloud-based databases, POS and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lodging, Retail, F&B and Housekeeping management teams.
• Manage labor, payroll and expenses to meet annual budget.
• Ensure front desk operations are organized and attractive; collaborate on displays.
• Oversee reservations systems, room assignments, and tech.
• Lead safety and emergency drills; train staff accordingly.
• Oversee Lost and Found per NPS policies; manage group bookings.
