Job summary

POWDR’s Zion Lodge in Zion National Park seeks an Operations Manager to oversee Lodging, Retail, F&B, and Housekeeping operations. You will drive guest satisfaction, sales, and compliance with the concession contract while maintaining a safe, sustainable, and engaging work environment.

The role requires leadership across multiple departments, ongoing staff training, and collaboration with the National Park Service and senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in Hospitality Management Operations with some Retail exposure.
• Requires high school diploma and a four-year college degree.
• Current CPR w/AED and First Aid certification is required; EMT-B preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lodging, Retail, F&B, and Housekeeping management teams.
• Oversee reservations, front desk, and guest relations with NPS compliance.
• Ensure ESQ procedures, safety drills, and ISO audits are followed.
