Job summary

Zion Lodge, operated by POWDR, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee lodging, retail, F&B, and housekeeping, and to ensure ESQ, safety, and quality standards within Zion National Park. The role drives guest service, sales, and revenue while fostering a safe, sustainable, and friendly team environment.

You will coordinate daily with the General Manager and HR, manage front desk operations, staff training, emergency response, and NPS compliance, while partnering with park officials.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in Hospitality Management Operations with some Retail exposure.
• CPR w/AED and First Aid certification required; EMT-B preferred.
• Ability to lead Lodging, Retail, F&B, and Housekeeping to ensure compliance.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lodging, Retail, F&B, and Housekeeping teams to meet goals.
• Oversee reservations, room assignments, and front desk operations.
• Manage safety drills, ESQ standards, and NPS compliance.
• Train staff with HR on service excellence and efficiency.
• Coordinate with General Manager and Park Service partners for audits.
