Job summary

Breckenridge Grand Vacations is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Grand Colorado on Peak 8. You will be the operational heartbeat of the resort, overseeing Guest Services, Housekeeping, Night Operations, and the GC8 Ice Rink while partnering with the General Manager on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in hotel or resort operations.
• 3+ years of direct supervisory experience across multiple departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with scheduling and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, review, and mentor staff using Results Leadership procedures.
• Oversee daily operations of Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Night Operations.
• Conduct performance evaluations, set improvement goals, and provide ongoing coaching.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Manage vendor relationships and departmental expenses; review invoices and cost analyses.
• Act as Manager on Duty and represent the General Manager in their absence.
