Job summary

Troon at Esplanade at Starling in Punta Gorda, FL, seeks a Resort Manager to lead all aspects of our resort-style community. You will oversee operations, policy implementation, budgeting, and staff performance while coordinating with the Board of Directors, members, guests, associates, and Troon leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the resort-style community and supervise staff.
• Develop and approve operational policies, programs and procedures.
• Monitor financial reports and budgets; take corrective action as needed.
• Coordinate long-range and annual business plans with leadership.
• Hire, train, and supervise associates; address performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and safety standards.
