Job summary

Troon is seeking a Full-Time Resort Concierge at Esplanade at Starling in Punta Gorda, FL. The role centers on greeting members, handling inquiries, and coordinating lifestyle events to enrich community life.

Qualifications

• Good organizational and verbal skills.
• High energy, initiative, enthusiasm, cooperation, and good judgment.
• Computer skills including MS Office (Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Public speaking and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct and participate in scheduled programs; read and interpret documents; maintain calendars and reports.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members and guests; check IDs; assist with event setup and communications.
• Provide outstanding service; listen to members’ ideas; respond calmly to issues.
• Promote Lifestyles program events, classes, and activities; write routine reports.
• Assist in event setup/breakdown; coordinate with Lifestyle Manager on promotions.
• Maintain safety, schedule staff, and manage attendee records for lifestyle events.
