Job summary

Troon is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Manager for Esplanade at Starling in Punta Gorda, FL. You will oversee hands-on maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry to keep facilities safe and functional for residents and guests.

Responsibilities include routine tasks, system inspections, part orders, and thorough documentation. Two+ years in HOA/facility maintenance preferred; CPO certification required.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in a Large HOA or Facility Maintenance environment.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance tasks.
• Inspect buildings and systems to detect malfunctions and determine needed repairs.
• Replace or repair electrical components, plumbing fixtures, and minor systems.
• Prepare surfaces and perform painting, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
