Job summary

Esplanade at Westview, located in Kissimmee, FL, is seeking a Resort Manager to lead the resort‑style community and oversee operations, guest relations, budgeting, and compliance with Troon policies.

You will manage department leaders, partner with the Board of Directors, and ensure top service standards across food, beverage, recreation, and facilities. A Bachelor’s degree or 4–6 years of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4–6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Administers resort policies and procedures established by the Board of Directors.
• Plans, develops, and approves specific operational policies, programs, procedures, and methods in concert with general policies.
• Monitors financial reports for the facility and takes corrective action when necessary.
• Coordinates development of long-range and annual business plans.
• Establishes and monitors personnel policies and development programs.
• Interviews, hires, trains, and evaluates staff; addresses complaints and resolves problems.
• Oversees all department leaders and employees.
• Coordinates budgets and monitors financial statements.
• Provides recommendations to leadership on contracts, purchases, and capital projects.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws and maintenance of assets and facilities.
• Maintains relations with authorities and coordinates training and safety protocols.
