Job summary

Boyne Mountain Resort in Michigan is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to perform professional massages and body treatments according to spa protocols. You will handle guest questions, maintain hygiene standards, and support spa operations while working evenings, weekends and holidays.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and hold a Michigan Massage Therapist license with prior massage experience.

Must have current Michigan Massage Therapist license.
Previous massage therapy experience.
Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Providing consistent professional spa massage and body treatments compliant with spa protocols and documentation practices.
Handling guests’ queries and concerns efficiently and politely.
Upholding hygiene and sterilization standards as directed by law and spa policies.
Providing exact, suitable and instant responses to all guest requests.
Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a constructive attitude.
Attending trainings and staff meetings for the spa.
Assisting in all areas of spa operations as needed.
Performing prep work, cleaning and restocking rooms as necessary.
Communicating to administration any staff or guest issues requiring notice.
Supporting spa services and promotions.
