Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current Michigan Nail Technician license.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a salon, hospitality, customer service or spa setting preferred.

• Warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Deliver manicure and pedicure services with hand and foot massage; maintain sanitation per policy.
• Provide courteous guest assistance and aim for guest delight beyond satisfaction.
• Share knowledge of services and products; educate guests on home care.
• Care for equipment and promote home care programs while supporting cost controls.
• Promote spa promotions and assist in salon operations as needed.
• Communicate any incidents to management promptly.
