Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks an in-person marketing specialist to engage with prospective and current owners at our resort properties. You will greet guests, present opportunities, and schedule tours or presentations to meet sales goals.

The role emphasizes professional brand representation, collaboration with resort staff, and adherence to company guidelines. A High School diploma is required; sales/marketing experience is preferred; MS Excel/Word skills are helpful.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in sales or marketing preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co.
• Partner with resort staff to coordinate guest information and arrivals.
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation.
• Screen and qualify potential customers according to company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
