Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will perform preventive maintenance, pool upkeep, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime and ensure safety across resort facilities.

The role requires strong maintenance background, ability to multitask, and weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday). Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Experience in timeshare resort maintenance is a plus.
• Knowledge of pool upkeep and essential maintenance tools.
• Able to multitask and handle maintenance issues.
• Must be available Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property upkeep according to SOPs.
• Order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• Perform carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical repairs.
• Operate and maintain heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Inspect pools and related equipment; monitor chemical levels.
• Ensure safety and report issues promptly.
