Job summary

Capital Vacations LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician 2 to repair and maintain resort equipment and systems, ensuring safe, efficient operations. The role involves routine inspections, troubleshooting, and timely repairs, with supervision of maintenance staff to uphold quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a background in maintenance, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to a safe work environment. This is an on-site position at resort locations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in Facility Management preferred.
• 1–2 years of supervisory-level resort maintenance experience.
• CPO or AFO certification.
• OSHA knowledge or training within six months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff to ensure safe, efficient resort upkeep.
• Schedule and perform routine, preventative and emergency maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain swimming pool facilities and related systems.
• Coordinate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other systems maintenance.
• Perform carpentry, plumbing, filter and light fixture maintenance as required.
• Assist in assigning duties and mentoring staff.
