Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Technician to upkeep the Sales Center and Welcome Center, ensuring clean, safe, and functional facilities across resort locations.

You will perform preventative maintenance, handle landscaping, plumbing, electrical tasks, read work orders, use basic tools, and respond to issues, with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with the Timeshare industry is a plus.
• Experience in resort maintenance including landscaping and upkeep.
• Able to read construction work orders and use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and upkeeps Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Performs preventative maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Notifies manager of issues and assists guests when needed.
• Completes all other duties as assigned.
