Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated is seeking a General Maintenance Technician (All Levels) for The Ridge Resort in Stateline, NV. The role covers plumbing, drywall, carpentry, painting, electrical, cabinetry, tile, granite, and appliance service.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus resort/hotel maintenance experience preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus; driving is required for in-house tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or work experience or vocational training.
• Maintenance with a resort and/or hotel is preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle in-house repairs regarding electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, snow removal, tile work, wallboard carpentry and granite repairs.
• Assist guests and staff in resolution of maintenance concerns.
• Use hand and power tools to complete projects from rough-in to trim.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Engineering Manager.
