Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with work experience or vocational training.
• 6 months to 1 year building maintenance experience preferred; entry level with mechanical aptitude, customer service, and drive.
• Maintenance experience in a resort or hotel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works in a team environment to complete inspections, repairs, and preparation of guest units.
• Assist guests and staff in resolving maintenance concerns and questions.
• Assist the preventative maintenance team in preparation of the property for guests.
• Maintain accurate records of units serviced and work performed.
