Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Ridge Resort in Stateline, NV is seeking a Project Specialist to perform maintenance services including plumbing, drywall, tile, carpentry, painting, electrical, cabinetry, laminates, and appliance servicing at the journeyman level. The role requires at least 4 years of experience and familiarity with industry safety standards.

Work in a team environment to execute repairs, perform inspections, and maintain documentation of tasks and compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 4 years of maintenance experience in related trades.
• Must be able to operate hand and power tools and follow safety procedures.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with team members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs across plumbing, drywall, tile, carpentry, painting, and cabinetry.
• Inspect and maintain guest villas and resort facilities to quality standards.
• Prepare and document maintenance tasks and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with leaders and staff to prioritize work orders.
