Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated is seeking a General Maintenance Technician (All Levels) at The Ridge Resort in Stateline, NV. This on-site role covers plumbing, drywall, carpentry, painting, electrical, cabinetry, laminates, and granite repair, delivering skilled repairs in a guest-focused setting.

You will follow safety standards, work with a team, and perform finish work while documenting maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
• Must meet company motor vehicle policy standards.
• Must have the ability to perform skilled work in finish/trim-out construction.
• Specializes in drywall finishing, cabinetry, flooring, and laminate repair.
• Must have high-quality skills in painting, tile repair, plumbing, and electrical.
• Must have a working knowledge of hand and power tools and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle in-house repairs regarding electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, snow removal, the removal and replacement of ceramic tiles, painting, repair or replacement of wallboard systems, carpentry, cabinetry, laminate replacement, and granite repairs.
• Assist guests and staff in the resolution of unit maintenance concerns, complaints, and questions.
• Utilize specific hand and power tools required to accomplish all phases of projects, from rough-in carpentry to trim cabinetry.
• Perform any other duties deemed necessary by the Engineering Manager
