Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to perform skilled repairs in plumbing, drywall, carpentry, painting, cabinetry, tile, and electrical areas at our guest villas. The role requires experience and the ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.

Work includes handling in-house repairs, assisting guests and staff with maintenance concerns, and collaborating with the Engineering Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or vocational training.
• 2–5 years of field experience; trade school a plus.
• Maintenance experience in a resort/hotel is preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle in-house repairs: ceramic tiles, painting, wallboard, carpentry, cabinetry, laminate, granite repairs.
• Assist guests and staff with unit maintenance concerns and questions.
• Use hand and power tools to complete projects from rough-in carpentry to trim cabinetry.
• Perform duties as assigned by the Engineering Manager.
