Job summary

A leading vacation company in North Carolina is looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure routine maintenance and repairs at the Sales Center and Welcome Center. The role offers a sign-on bonus and requires property maintenance experience. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, general upkeep, and assisting guests. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and experience in general maintenance fields such as plumbing and electrical work.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC preferred.
• Have and maintain a good driving record clear of significant violations.
• Able to read construction work orders.

Responsibilities

• Implements preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintains daily upkeep including various maintenance tasks.
• Completes maintenance calls and general upkeep.
