Responsibilities

• Implements upkeep and maintenance of Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Implements preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintains daily upkeep, including painting and plumbing.
• Completes maintenance calls and general upkeep.
• Notifies manager of any issues as needed.
• Assists guests when needed.
