Job summary

Capital Vacations in the United States (North Carolina) seeks a Maintenance Technician responsible for upkeep of the Sales Center and Welcome Center, including preventative maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and landscaping.

You will perform painting, carpentry, and general repairs, reading work orders, and assisting guests as needed. A High School Diploma and a valid driver's license are required; prior resort maintenance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of general maintenance tasks in a resort setting is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction work orders to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upkeep the Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Perform preventative maintenance (A/C filters, fire extinguishers, appliances) and routine repairs.
• Paint, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, landscaping, and general maintenance.
• Complete maintenance calls and notify manager of issues; assist guests when needed.
