Qualifications

• 1-3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in apartments.
• Refrigeration certification required or to be obtained within initial hire period.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency maintenance requests outside of business hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance shop.
