Qualifications

• Minimum three years of hospitality or resort maintenance experience.
• Advanced knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair and carpentry.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing building systems independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests and maintenance tickets within service standards.
• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC and building systems.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on guestrooms, public areas and equipment.
• Document work orders and repairs using designated systems.
• Support emergencies, capital projects, and energy conservation initiatives.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and comply with safety policies.
