Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to keep resort buildings and guest spaces in optimal condition.

You will apply skilled maintenance work across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general repairs to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for guests. With a professional appearance and a can-do attitude, you’ll work both independently and with a team, performing preventative maintenance, documenting deficiencies, and following safety programs to support our operations and guest

Qualifications

Experience in facilities maintenance including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Ability to perform repairs on interior walls, wall coverings and ceilings; patching, painting.
Follows safety programs and reports deficiencies to supervisor.

Responsibilities

Apply intermediate working knowledge of facilities maintenance such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing and repairs as needed.
Performs plumbing maintenance such as pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers and Jacuzzi tubs using soldering, PVC, CPVC and fittings.
Replaces breakers, ballasts and other electrical fixtures including switches and sockets; prevents and troubleshoots possible electrical hazards.
Completes preventative programs on all systems such as HVAC.
Complete repairs on interior walls, wall coverings and ceilings by patching drywall, replacing wood or wall coverings or texture and painting.
Cleans and inspects building systems and reports deficiencies to supervisor; adheres to safety programs.
