Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to service guest units and buildings, ensuring everything is in perfect working order. You will apply maintenance skills and customer service to create memorable stays for our guests.

Responsibilities include HVAC, electrical, and plumbing tasks; replacing breakers; completing preventative programs; repairing walls; inspecting systems and reporting deficiencies, while upholding safety policies.

Qualifications

• Intermediate facilities maintenance knowledge including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Experience in plumbing repairs: pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, Jacuzzi.
• Ability to report deficiencies to supervisor and follow safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing maintenance and repairs.
• Repair plumbing fixtures: pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, Jacuzzi tubs.
• Replace breakers and electrical components; prevent hazards.
• Complete preventative maintenance on HVAC and other systems.
• Repair interior walls, patch drywall, paint.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies; follow safety programs.
