Job summary

The Ridge Resort in Stateline, NV is seeking a General Maintenance Technician II to perform skilled maintenance across plumbing, drywall, carpentry, painting, electrical, cabinetry, and finishes. Minimum 1 year of field experience; resort/hotel maintenance is preferred.

Valid driver’s license and driving experience required. Bilingual abilities are a plus; expect team-based work and safety-driven procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of field experience or related areas.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school is a plus.
• Maintenance with a resort/hotel is preferred; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle in-house repairs including ceramic tiles, painting, wallboard Carpentry, cabinetry, laminate, and granite repairs.
• Assist guests and staff with maintenance concerns and questions.
• Use hand and power tools to complete projects from rough carpentry to trim cabinetry.
• Perform duties assigned by the Engineering Manager with minimal supervision.
