Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a Maintenance team member for Villas of Cave Creek to support daily maintenance operations and ensure excellent owner and guest vacation experiences through timely, quality repairs and projects.

You will follow policies and procedures, maintain equipment, report issues, and assist with special projects while upholding safety and guest service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Abides by established policies, house and departmental rules, safety rules, grooming codes, and security procedures.
• Communicates clearly both verbally and in writing, reports on failures, causes and recommended remedial action.
• Performs maintenance jobs with preparation and efficiency.
• Maintains all equipment and tools in a clean and workable condition.
• Notifies management of any issues or suspicious persons in guest areas.
• Performs daily guest service calls and housekeeping work orders as reported and supports special projects as assigned.
