Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the upkeep of the Sales Center and Welcome Center facilities. The role includes performing preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances, while keeping spaces tidy and safe for guests.

You will read work orders, use basic tools, and assist guests as needed. This is an on-site position with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and a valid driver's license.
• Experience in general resort maintenance including landscaping and construction.
• Ability to read basic work orders and use common hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Sales Center and Welcome Center facilities.
• Perform preventative maintenance on systems and fixtures (AC, plumbing, electrical, appliances).
• Complete maintenance calls and keep areas clean and organized.
• Assist guests as needed and report issues to the manager.
