Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold and maintain the Sales Center and Welcome Center across our resorts. You will perform preventive maintenance, basic repairs, and daily upkeep to ensure guest-ready spaces and safety compliance.

You will read work orders, operate basic tools, coordinate with the property team, and assist guests as needed. The role requires a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and willingness to work at multiple resort locations.

Qualifications

• Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances.
• Maintains daily upkeep including painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping clean-up.
• Completes maintenance calls and general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Notifies manager of any issues.
• Assists guests when needed.
• Completes all other duties as requested.

Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Technician implements the upkeep and maintenance of the Sales Center and Welcome Center.
