Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold and service the Sales Center and Welcome Center. You will perform preventative maintenance, address daily upkeep tasks, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests across resort locations.

Responsibilities include completing maintenance calls, notifying the manager of issues, assisting guests, and performing all other duties as required. A valid driver's license and prior resort maintenance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required.
• Good driving record is required.
• Knowledge of the Timeshare industry is a plus.
• Experience in resort maintenance (landscaping, construction, upkeep) is preferred.
• Ability to read construction work orders and use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Perform preventative maintenance (A/C filters, fire extinguishers, appliances).
• Handle daily upkeep including painting, plumbing, electrical work, furniture movement, drywall, and landscaping cleanup.
• Complete maintenance calls and report issues to the manager.
• Assist guests when needed and perform other duties as assigned.
