Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to upkeep the Sales Center and Welcome Center across resort locations. You will perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general upkeep tasks to ensure a safe and inviting guest experience.

Responsibilities include completing maintenance calls, painting, landscaping, reading work orders, notifying management of issues, and assisting guests as needed. Equal opportunity employer; drivers license required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and proof of Insurance.
• Good driving record.
• Knowledge of the Timeshare industry.
• Experience in landscaping, construction, and upkeep.
• Able to read construction work orders and use basic tools.

Responsabilités

• Implements preventative maintenance programs for A/C, fire extinguishers, and appliances.
• Maintains daily upkeep of the Sales Center and Welcome Center (painting, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Completes maintenance calls and notifies management of issues.
• Assists guests when needed and performs other duties as requested.
