Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold and maintain the Sales Center and Welcome Center. You will perform preventative maintenance tasks, handle repairs, and coordinate with the management team to ensure top-notch guest experiences.

The role involves painting, plumbing, electrical work, drywall, landscaping, and other upkeep duties, with responsibilities across resort locations. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance
• Good driving record with no significant violations
• Knowledge of the Timeshare industry
• Experience in general resort maintenance (landscaping, construction, upkeep)
• Ability to read construction work orders and use basic tools

Responsibilities

• Implement preventative maintenance programs (A/C filters, fire extinguishers, appliances)
• Perform daily upkeep (painting, plumbing, electrical, moving furniture, drywall, landscaping cleanup)
• Complete maintenance calls and upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center
• Notify manager of issues and assist guests as needed
• Perform other duties as requested
