Job summary

The Kingston Resorts in Myrtle Beach seeks a skilled Maintenance Engineer to maintain guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. You will perform repairs across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• Ability to perform repairs in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and painting.
• Strong inspection and preventive maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC and masonry.
• Inspects guestrooms, public spaces and back-of-house areas for repairs.
• Records repairs and flags rooms out of order.
• Supports preventive maintenance program with other departments.
