Qualificações

• At least 1 year of maintenance technician experience in hospitality or similar setting.
• Ability to perform diverse repairs across multiple trade areas.
• A customer-focused approach with strong safety practices.

Responsabilidades

• Perform repairs in guestrooms, public spaces and back-of-house areas.
• Inspect areas and determine repairs, touch-ups or replacements.
• Repair or replace lighting, plumbing fixtures, hardware and coatings.
• Assist preventive maintenance program and document work completed.
• Record repairs and flag rooms requiring further attention.
