Kingston Resorts in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the facility's physical functionality across guest rooms and public spaces. Responsibilities include carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC and masonry tasks, with a focus on preventative maintenance and timely repairs.

This is a full-time role at the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort properties, with a third-shift schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance tasks in hospitality environments.
• Ability to perform a variety of repairs across trades.
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs in guest rooms, public spaces and back-of-house areas to highest standards.
• Inspect guestrooms and areas for repairs, touch-ups or replacements.
• Repair or replace items such as lighting, plumbing fixtures, hardware and finishes.
• Assist other departments with preventive maintenance program execution.
• Document repairs and flag rooms or areas needing attention or out-of-order status.
