Job summary

EOS Hospitality is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician at the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. You will be responsible for maintaining the functionality of guest rooms and public spaces, performing repairs including carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC, and ensuring guest satisfaction through friendly service.

The position requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and offers benefits like PTO, health plans, and educational assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience in performing a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to inspect and identify areas needing repair or maintenance.

Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician, you will maintain the physical functionality of the facility including our guest rooms, public space, and heart‑of‑the‑house areas. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Performs a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, and masonry.
• Inspects guestrooms, public space, back‑of‑the house, and heart‑of‑the house for areas that need repair, touch‑up or replacement.
• Repairs or replaces items such as light bulbs, lamps, switches, outlets, faucets, toilets, hardware, filters, paint, furniture, wall coverings, caulking, grouting, or other miscellaneous items.
• Assists other department team members in the systematic application of the preventive maintenance program.
• Makes records of repairs made, reports completed repairs, or places areas needing further attention or a room 'out of order'.

Schedule & Compensation

This is a full‑time, year‑round position working at the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort. 1st and 2nd shift schedule required, including weekends and holidays.
